CONGREGATIONAL COUNCIL HIGHLIGHTS FEBRUARY 2010 MEETING
CONGREGATIONAL COUNCIL HIGHLIGHTS FEBRUARY 2010 MEETING:
-The Council continued on the journey of exploring the possibilities of Small Group Ministry and the transformation of our body to a church with small groups. Several members of the congregation accepted the invitation that was extended to all to join with the Council and discuss the next steps needed to move forward in this expression of faith. A potential team of congregational members was identified that will begin work on the implementation of the program and establishment of the infrastructure.
-In the short period of time that it has been posted, three resumes have already been received for the position of Youth Ministry Coordinator. Our prayers are with the Youth Committee as they continue on their Spirit led search.
-Planning continues for the Seder meal, our Lenten season worship, Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday services
